directly drives and coordinate engineering projects related to prosthetics and orthotics including design of medical device prototypes, training tools, and research platforms. Rory plays a key role as an interface between research at the University of Alberta and clinical implementation at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital ensuring technologies are clinically relevant and translatable. His research interests include 3D printing, robotics, and device design as well as motor, sensory, and machine learning.
